Never start, stop, delay or change a prescribed medication because of something you read here. If you take metformin, insulin, a sulfonylurea or any other glucose-lowering medication, talk to your prescriber before adding any supplement — combining them can drive blood sugar too low. If you have symptoms of very high or very low blood sugar, seek medical care, not a search engine.

What I do not do

Being specific here is more useful than a general promise of integrity, so:

  • No sponsored posts. No manufacturer has ever paid for an article, a mention, or a placement on this site, and none will.
  • No paid ratings. A score has never been influenced by a commission rate. The product I earn the most from is also the one I've given 2 out of 5 for dose transparency.
  • No free products in exchange for coverage. Anything discussed here was bought at retail or evaluated from published label and pricing information.
  • No fake reviews, invented testimonials or stock-photo “customers.” Where I can't verify something — such as testimonials on a manufacturer's own sales page — I say so rather than repeating it.
  • No fake urgency. This site does not run countdown timers, invented stock warnings, or “price rises tonight” banners. Where a manufacturer uses them, I point it out.
  • No selling or renting your data. There's no email list, and nothing here is sold to anyone.

The conflict of interest, stated plainly

Earning a commission on a product I review is a real conflict of interest. Pretending otherwise would be the dishonest part; disclosing it and then writing carefully is the best available answer.

So rather than asking you to trust a promise, I'd ask you to check the output. The Gluco6 review is the page that pays for this site, and it tells you the product uses a proprietary blend that makes its own cited research unverifiable, that its headline marketing mechanism doesn't match its headline ingredient, that the cheapest-looking package is a trap, that the biggest package outlives its own refund window, and that five categories of people should not buy it at all. If a commission were steering the writing, that is not what the page would say.

Editorial policy

  • Labels before sales pages. Product claims are checked against the published supplement facts panel, not the marketing video.
  • Sourcing. Health claims are tied to published human research where it exists, and where the evidence is thin, weak or conflicting, the article says so instead of rounding up.
  • No invented citations. Every study reference on this site is one I have actually located. I would rather write “the evidence here is weaker than the ads suggest” than dress a claim in a citation that doesn't support it.
  • Corrections are dated, not hidden. If something here is wrong, it gets fixed and marked as updated. Prices and formulas change; pages that never change are a warning sign.

Accuracy and limits

Prices, package contents, bonuses, formulations and refund terms are recorded as they appeared on the manufacturer's site on the date shown at the top of each page. Sellers change these without notice. Always confirm the current price, current label and current refund terms on the seller's own checkout page before you buy. If you spot a discrepancy between this site and the seller, the seller is authoritative and I'd be glad to be told about it.

Refunds, shipping, delivery and product quality are entirely between you and the seller and its payment processor. This site is not the merchant, cannot process a refund, and has no access to your order.

Contact and corrections

Corrections, factual disputes and rights enquiries are welcome and are read by a person. Use the contact address published on the about page. Corrections get priority over everything else — if a dose, price or study on this site is wrong, I want it fixed.
